  Modesto Sunrise Rotary
The Rotary Club of Modesto Sunrise was chartered on March 27th 1985.  Since its inception it has been very active in community and international projects. We are a group of 100 dedicated professional men and women whose motto is "Service Above Self". Through our various fundraising efforts we have donated in excess of $900,000 to different projects, charities and groups

Vocational Service fosters and supports (1) adherence to, and promotion of, the highest ethical standards in all occupations, (2) the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and (3) the contribution of vocational talents to the problems and needs of society.

The Vocational Service Committee has a budget of $8,000 for 2000-01; $6,000 dedicated to Ed Kimbrough youth scholarships and $2,000 for special projects.
